Drop in for an afternoon playgroup and conversations about parenting and child development. Currently virtual due to COVID-19.

Prenatal Immigrant Program (PiP)

A weekly prenatal nutrition program for newcomer Arabic-speaking women who are pregnant. Interpreters are available, and grocery cards, bus tickets and healthy snacks are provided weekly.

Smart Start for Babies

Smart Start for Babies is a free prenatal education and nutrition program for pregnant women and teens and their support persons who face barriers to accessing healthy food. led by Public Health Nurses and Registered Dietitians. To register and for more information, please call 519-646-2961.

Little Learners at Play

This 6 week school readiness program provides an opportunity for 3 to 5 year old to to grow and flourish This program introduces children to a rich variety of new learning experiences building on their social, language, and reasoning and self-help skills. Children will experience belonging, well-being, engagement, and expression. Registration required. Currently virtual due to COVIID-19.

Women Reaching out Together

Explore issues and concerns that face women in the community through discussion and speakers of interest to participants. Learn about the services available to you. Currently virtual due to COVIID-19.

Collective Kitchen
